For example, in the standard Windows Paint (mspaint), pressing the "F12" key displays the "Save As" dialog, but if this setting is ON, it blocks this dialog display.

NOTE
Regardless of whether [Block Key for Other Apps] is on or off, pressing the Capture key while holding down the "Shift" key will block (suppress) key input to other applications.
NOTE
As for the Explorer key, key input to other applications will always be blocked (suppressed) regardless of whether [Block Key for Other Apps] is on or off or whether the "Shift" key is pressed.

Configuration File "setting.ini"

By editing the settings file "setting.ini", you can configure the state of this application when it starts up.
For example, by deleting the ";" (comment out) at the beginning of ";Include_Mouse_Cursor=on" and changing it to "Include_Mouse_Cursor=on", [Include Mouse Cursor] will be turned on when you start the program (the mouse cursor will be included in the screen capture).

  1. Press "Win" + "R".

Troubleshooting

This application does not launch properly

If antivirus software is installed, this application may not launch properly.
If necessary, add this application to your antivirus software's exceptions (exclusions) settings.

I pressed the capture key (F12), but the capture did not occur.

Select [Change Capture Key] from the right-click menu and check the capture key assignment.
If the issue persists, try restarting the application (exiting and launching it).

When capturing a full-screen window, the bottom of the screen (the height of the taskbar) is not captured.

Turning on [Include Task Bar] will include the taskbar (taskbar height) in the capture.

I want to turn the default options on or off at startup.

You can turn each option on or off by editing setting.ini.

Capture sound does not play or playback is unstable even when [Play Capture Sound] is on

Turning [Advanced] - [Stabilize Sound Playback] on stabilizes capture sound playback by continuously playing silence.
Conversely, turning this off may allow capture sound to play correctly in some environments. Try toggling it on and off.

An unknown process, "SilentLoop.exe," is present in Task Manager

"SilentLoop.exe" is a process that continuously plays silence to stabilize capture sound playback.
Turning [Play Capture Sound] or [Advanced] - [Stabilize Sound Playback] off will terminate it.
