[Software introduction]

+ Overview.

This software uses the Google maps API service to provide route guidance to your destination.
It retrieves the necessary information from the network and displays it on the screen.
In addition, in environments where English audio is available, it can read out route guidance.

+ Description of the file.

    <Unzip folder>
    .\ReadMe.txt : Japanese file.
    .\ReadMe_en.txt : This file.
    .\GRouteMap.exe : Installer.

+ How to install.

Please unblock the decompressed file from the file properties.

Confirm that the extracted configuration is in the above state, and run GRouteMap.exe to start installation.

To uninstall, go to "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel.
 The program name is "Directions".

".NET 10.0" is required for operation. ".NET 10.0" will be automatically installed from the network.

+ Precautions.

A Google Maps API key is required for this to work. Please visit https://mapsplatform.google.com/ to get your key.

The three required APIs are Directions, Geocoding, and Maps JavaScript.

An environment where Internet services can be used is required.

Data may not be available depending on the network environment.

Google Maps is copyrighted, so please use it for personal use only.

+ Simple usage instructions.

Launch the app, specify your departure and destination, and press the route guidance button.

You can choose to drive (highways, toll roads), walk, and specify stopovers (up to 8 points) from the settings button in the upper left.

You can move to a stopover by clicking it.

You can display the address by clicking the stopover marker.

To delete a stopover, click the desired stopover and then press the "-" button.

Pressing the "-" button without specifying a stopover will delete the last stopover.

In environments where English voice is available, you can set the read-aloud button.

In environments where multiple voices are available, you can right-click the button to select a voice.

When the read-aloud voice is on, the text clicked in the route list will be read aloud.

You can save the route guidance information as XML data by pressing the convert button.

On the map, you can zoom in and out using the +/- buttons or the mouse wheel.

You can right-click the latitude and longitude information displayed at the bottom of the screen to copy it to the clipboard.

You can select "Print" or "Screenshot" from the system menu in the upper left.

The following functions are assigned to the keyboard.

   F4 : Set API key.
   F5 : Open Google Maps.
   F6 : Create route list.
   F7 : Print. (*1)
F8 : Switch route list display.
